The CIRP of the Company was initiated on an application filed by M/s Bajaj Rubber Company Private Limited against the company under section 9 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code,2016 before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench, which was admitted on 17.08.2023. The Hon’ble Adjudicating Authority appointed Mr. Bimal Kumar Sharma as the Interim Resolution professional (“IRP”) in the matter, vide order dated 17.08.2023.
Thereafter, the Committee of Creditors in its first CoC meeting dated 21.09.2023 resolved to replace the IRP, Mr. Bimal Kumar Sharma. Consequently, the resolution for appointment of Mr. Rajender Kumar Jain was approved by the COC members with 100% of voting rights. Thereafter, the Hon’ble NCLT was pleased to pass an order dated 10.10.2023 confirming the appointment of Mr. Rajender Kumar Jain having IP registration no. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00543/2017-18/10968 as Resolution Professional (“RP”) in the captioned matter in accordance with Section 22 (3) of the Code, 2016. Accordingly, Mr. Bimal Kumar Sharma stands discharged.
The Company is presently operating from a rented place situated at Plot No. 76, Sector- 16, HSIDC, Bahadurgarh, Haryana (NCR)and working at a very low capacity.
